Article 1: Nature of the Subscription
The "Premium" subscription is a service providing access to digital content (exclusive deals). The price is €60.00 including tax for a period of 12 months.
Article 2: No Automatic Renewal
As an exception to standard industry practice, the Yoosky subscription is for a fixed term with no automatic renewal. Upon expiration of the 12-month period, access is suspended. The User must make a new payment if they wish to extend their access. No banking data is stored by Yoosky for future charges.
Article 3: "30-Day" Commercial Guarantee (Withdrawal)
In accordance with the law, immediate access to digital content constitutes a waiver of the 14-day right of withdrawal. However, Yoosky grants its members a commercial guarantee of a full refund within 30 calendar days of subscribing, with no justification required.
After this period, no pro-rata refunds will be issued.
Article 4: Proof of Transaction
The computerized records of our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) shall serve as proof of the transactions conducted between the User and Yoosky.
Article 5: Service Availability
Yoosky strives to offer deals on a daily basis, but is only bound by a best-efforts obligation. A scarcity of deals during a given period (e.g., a crisis in the airline industry) shall not justify a refund of the annual subscription.
