Is Yoosky a travel agency?
No, and that allows us to be completely independent! We scan the web to find the lowest fares, often due to price errors or flash sales. We don't sell tickets: we redirect you to trusted booking platforms (like Kiwi). You benefit from our finds while booking on secure sites.
Why did the price change when I clicked?
Airline pricing is dynamic and changes by the second (Yield Management). A deal can disappear in 5 minutes if too many people book it. Yoosky alerts you in real-time, but we can't "freeze" the price for the airline. A tip: when you see a gem, don't think too long!
Will my Premium subscription renew automatically next year?
Absolutely not. We hate bad surprises as much as you do. Your subscription is valid for one year, period. At the end of the year, it's up to you (and only you) to decide to renew manually. Cherry on top: we don't even store your banking details.
What if I change my mind after subscribing?
We don't want unhappy members! If you realize within 30 days of signing up that Yoosky isn't for you, just send us a message. We'll refund you in full, no awkward questions asked. That's our "Zero Risk" guarantee.
Who should I contact if there is a problem with my flight?
Since Yoosky finds the deals but doesn't sell the tickets, all questions regarding your flight (date changes, luggage, cancellation) must be handled directly with the platform where you finalized the purchase (e.g., Kiwi) or the airline. They are the ones holding your booking!
